A light, packable vest is invaluable for rides in variable conditions. We always throw one in a back pocket in spring and fall—just in case—as they take up no space, weigh practically nothing, and help fend off the chill of a fast descent and cold wind.
Similar to the UMA LS Jersey, we constructed the front and side panels of the GT Vest using our fleecy RX fabric to boost insulation, courtesy of its buttery soft, brushed interior. To wick moisture and ensure you don’t overheat, we added our time-tested Type.157 Stripe Tex along the back panel. This combination strikes the ideal balance between coverage and breathability, while its female-specific regularFit keeps an ASSOS-sharp profile when worn over a jersey or under a jacket.
Rounding out the vest is our Pocket Slot system that lets you to reach your jersey pockets underneath, reflective accents along the pocket panel to keep you visible on the road, and a full-length zipper to aid in temperature regulation.
RX: This brushed warp-knit fabric has been developed to provide exceptional comfort, wick moisture, add light insulation, and remain extremely flexible.
Type.157 Stripe Tex: A lightweight, breathable circular knit with great moisture management and breathability. Exceptionally comfortable with monostretch, it also has built-in UPF 35 and odorControl.
Rear Pocket Slots: Two openings on the lower rear panel give you access to your jersey pockets underneath.
Full-Length Zipper: Temperature regulation courtesy of a lightweight full-length zipper with camlock.
Reflective Accents: Placed on the sides of the outer pocket slots for added visibility.
