Withdrawal
ASSOS-ONLINESHOP
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (individual business owner: Armin Stegmaier, Baierecker Str. 53, 73614 Schorndorf, Phone: 07181-9203350, Email: info@assos-onlineshop.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
